1- It is the subscriber's responsibility to provide all equipment and associated means required to connect to the Internet via SPSNET.
2- Saudi Telecom and telephone charges are client's sole responsibility.
3- This subscription agreement becomes effective once signed by the subscriber and accepted by SPSNET, and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
4- The subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her ID and password, which may be modified as required.
5- All subscription fees and additional service charges, as prescribed in this form, are the responsibility of the subscriber . By signing this agreement the subscriber agrees to pay the subscription cost for the desired service type according to SPSNET' s published list. SPSNET maintains the right to change / modify subscription rates, at without prior notice.
6- The subscriber is responsible to update SPSNET regarding any changes in his/her address, contact telephone number, credit card in information or any other pertinent details.
