It is the subscriber's responsibility to provide all equipment and associated means required to connect to the Internet via SPSNET. Saudi Telecom and telephone charges are the client's responsibility. A subscription agreement becomes effective when signed by the subscriber ( or submitted on - line ) and accepted by SPSNET , and remains in effect until terminated by either party . The subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her ID and password, which may be modified as often as required. All subscription fees and additional service charges , as prescribed in the form, are the responsibility of the subscriber . By signing the agreement ( or submitting the on - line form ) , the subscriber agrees to pay subscription cost for the desired type of service according to SPSNET's published price list. SPSNET maintains the right to change / modify subscription rates at any time , without prior notice. The subscriber is responsible to update SPSNET regarding any changes in his/her address, contact telephone number , credit card information or any other pertinent details. The subscriber agrees to use the Internet services and facilities in a lawful manner and to engage in any illegal acts such as gambling or any other activities in contradiction with Islamic or local laws . This agreement is completely in accordance with the existing laws of Saudi Arabia.
